Tips for weight loss::
firstly, you need a hard control on your calorie intake and stop eating junk and fast food (oily products).
Your diet should be properly managed and maintained, the Macro Breakdown of your diet would be: C/P/F : 30% / 50% / 20%
. You can increase or decrease 5% calories if needed.
Setup 1-2 lb. weight loss goals on weekly basis.
Focus on eating 2-3 Carbs meal (Complex Carbs) and 3 No Carbs meal.
Complex carbs are: Oats, Brown Rice, Brown Bread, Sweet Potato, Quinoa, Millet, Brown Rice cake, Wheat Roti, Wheat Pasta, Beans, lentils, etc
Mainly Avoid Simple Carbs or if your are stick to them, then eat in a moderate rate.
you should need to Eat Protein food in every meal: Chicken, Fish, Eggs, Mutton, Milk, Yogurt, Paneer, Soy, Whey protein.
eat very less amount of Fat food: Peanuts, Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Peanut butter, Flaxseeds,

Eat 2-3 serving of Salad. Eat Green Vegetables: Broccoli, Green Beans, Asparagus, etc. Drink 2-3 cups of Green Tea.

Train 5-6 times a week.
Do compound movements, Super/Giant sets with 8 -15 reps which activates Type 1, 2a &
2b muscle fibers.
Add Drop sets by end of every exercises.
Rest 45-90 sec.
Perform cardio 3 times a week for 30-40min.
