when your trying to build muscle or gain some weight. you should need to follow some basic rule and  needs to focus on your goal. when your focused for your goals you find that is it easy to build muscle .

some basic rule-


1. Sleep 7+ hours daily 


2. drink lot of water 


3. lift a moderate (not to heavyweight or not to light weight)


No doubt you can build muscle on heavyweight with low rep(2-6).
but for beginners it is not easier to lift heavy weight. so it on you how much heavy they can lift. moderate weight is helpful for them, now strength of lift weights is different varies person to person.

4. Think simply and execute

Their are many muscle gain and mass gain program exist. their are many exercise and workout, But you need to choose best for yourself.

5. Muscle mind connection

Most importantly rule for muscle building for long term. many beginners in gym do workout in wrong way with the type of laziness.
you should we very active in gym and focus on muscle mind connection like if you are on your biceps day while doing exercises put your focus on biceps and feels the tansion in biceps.
